A Poila Baisakh Buffet

With Poila Baisakh just a week away, we Bengalis have started scouting for places to have the first lunch (or dinner) of the year. And for foodies like us, who have exhausted all possible places in the city over the past few years, the prospect of a Poila Baisakh special buffet at a place we haven’t been to for Bengali food before, sounds alluring.
So we are all ready to explore it at Blu, Aauris, come this 14th April. For the ones who haven’t been there, it’s located in Robinson Street, and is easily discoverable- courtesy Google Maps.

The price per person is Rs 999, and the timings are 1230PM to 330 PM for lunch, and 730 PM to 1130PM for dinner.

If you are looking for a sumptuous Bengali spread, with options that will leave you spoilt for choice, and some quality time to spend over that meal too, this place should be high on your list this Nababarsha !  And people who cannot make it that day, but want to- there is no reason to freak out. We are told that they will be continuing this spread for a few more days to come.
